What's your returns policy?

If, for any reason, you don’t love our gear, simply return** it within 30 days, and we’ll refund your money or exchange the product - your choice. And rest easy knowing that we’ll wash all returned items and donate them to local shelters to support those in need.

After 30 days? Just send us a note at customerservice@woodroadgear.com and let our customer service team take care of you. 

**Woodroad Outlet items are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales from the Woodroad Gear Co. Outlet are final.

How soon will I get my gear after I order? 

Orders will be processed within approximately 1 business day of the order, and shipping transit times vary by location.
